The set was fine. I feel the brass bolts and (not brass) nuts are probably adequate, but the brass threads are easily damaged and the bolts and nuts should be larger to be user friendly.
This trampoline is fantastic! The quality is great, it feels very sturdy and safe. The kids absolutely love it and spend hours playing and having fun outside. It was also easy to set up. Highly recommend for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After an hour trying to put together we realized that the item was broken. I tried to email and no reply.
My granddaughter just loves her new trampoline! Bright colors, good size for her as she just turned two, safety net makes her folks happy, and good indoor exercise during these cold winter months. It was difficult to put together.

We needed to replace our screw set on our trampoline but they don’t sell our model anymore or the parts. After working with customer service and showing what we needed, they said they would send us the latest screw set and if that didn’t work, they’d get me the old ones. Well the new ones were different but worked out great. Excellent customer service too.
Bought the mini-trampoline for my two year old granddaughter, and she loved it. I was wanting something to keep indoors, since it's so cold outside in January, Now she can still get some exercise in the house! It's very sturdy and safe. My brother helped me put it together; you need strong hands to hook all the springs in. Took us about an hour to assemble. Very satisfied!

We really like this trampoline almost as much as our grandson does. That said, it being a indoor trampoline, it should have rubberized floor protection. Even on carpet, it moves around
