Return and Refund

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at service@aotob.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
  • For orders that have not yet shipped, we will process a full refund.
  • For orders that are in transit, we will attempt to recall the shipment and arrange a refund. A $30 delivery fee per package will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the recall is unsuccessful, you may refuse delivery upon arrival from UPS or FedEx to avoid additional charges.

Warranty & Return Policy

5-Year Frame Warranty | 3-Year Parts Warranty | 30-Day Return Guarantee

Aotob trampolines are backed by a comprehensive warranty covering any defects caused by manufacturing processes. The warranty does not cover damage due to weather, improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Details:

  • 5-Year Warranty on the trampoline frame
  • 3-Year Warranty on accessories
  • 30-Day Return Policy for unused products

If your trampoline frame develops a fault within five years, our after-sales team is ready to assist you.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Return Your Item

Please email service@aotob.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

If the return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label
  • Include return instructions and our return address

If the item has a quality issue, Aotob will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose between a full refund or a replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Recommendation: Use a return method with tracking and signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at service@aotob.com.


Additional Notes

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, product defect), we will issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.
