Return & Refund
If you want to cancel an order, please send us an emial including your order information and the reason why you want to cancel your order.
1. Not been shipped orders, we will arrange a full refund.
2. In transit orders, we will contact the shipping company to recall the order and arrange a refund which will deduct the recall fee.
If the recall fails, refuse deliverly acceptance from UPS and Fedex upon the arrival of your products.
365-Days guarantee & 90-day return
We have a 365-Days guarantee and 90-day return policy, which means you can find us for after service in 365 days if the product have any problems. Also, you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return (Not used item only).To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items that does not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you need a non-quality related returns(personal reasons, man-made damage problems, assembly problems, etc) . Customers need to charge the freight, on the return costs, customers can consult the carrier,Freight will be deducted from the order,Product shipping costs include: shipping freight + return freight + order operation fee (10%)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to Return Your Package
Send a email including your order information, return reasons, some photos or videos to show the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we will provide you the best solution to sovle the problem.Also, we would afford the shipping cost occurred if the item has quality problem. After the item is delivered to us, you can request a full refund or a replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
