Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email including your order information and the reason why you want to cancel your order.

Not shipped orders, we will arrange a full refund.
For orders during the transportation process, we will contact the shipping company to recall the orders and arrange for a refund. The refund amount will be deducted by $30 per package as the delivery fee.
If the recall fails, refuse delivery acceptance from UPS and FedEx upon the arrival of your products.



5 Year Frame Warranty & 3 Year Parts Warranty & Guarantee & 90-Days Return

The Aotob Trampoline Warranty policy covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, weather damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

We have a 5-year frame guarantee and a 90-day return policy, which means you can find us for after-service customers in 5 years if the trampoline frame has any problems. Also, you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return (Not used item only).To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.



How to Return Your Package
Send an email including your order information, return reasons, and some photos or videos to show the problem to service@aotob.com. Then we will provide you with the best solution to solve the problem. Also, we would afford the shipping cost if the item has a quality problem. After the item is delivered to us, you can request a full refund or a replacement.



If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on your package return and the return address. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you have still not gotten your refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at service@aotob.com.



Note:

If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
The buyer should pay the freight if the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: not liking/wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size).
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Customers need to be charged the freight, on the return costs, please connect with service@aotob.com.
