  • What's Aotob Warranty?

    The Aotob Trampoline Warranty policy covers any fault, defect, or failure resulting from the manufacturing process. It does not cover faults caused by lack of maintenance, weather damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

    -5 Year Frame Warranty
    -3 Year Accessories Warranty

    LIMITED WARRANTY
    The warranty applies only to the material and construction defects concerning the product or its components—the warranty lapses.
    – The product is misused negligently or inappropriately.
    – The product is not installed according to the instructions/maintenance.
    – Defects caused by external influences (e.g. climate influences such as normal weathering by UV
    rays or normal wear and tear).
    – Changes or modifications to the product are not permitted.
    – The product is used for the public or the recreational market.
    – Non-original spare parts have replaced defective parts.
    We do not accept returns in the following situations:
    – You have been buying the products for more than 30 days.
    – Inappropriate Behavior (such as assembly, customer personal preferences, man-made damage,
    etc.).
    – Returns without original package.
    – The returned item is damaged.

  • How To Claim My Warranty?

    Please connect with Aotob customer service with your order number (eg.#1234) and your problems. We'll give you feedback once we get your email.

  • How To Replace Missing/Broken Parts?

    Please take a photo of the instruction manual of the missing accessory or the broken part circled and send it to service@aotob.com with the order number (eg.#1234).

  • How Long Does Shipping Take?

    Depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere from (approximately) 3-10 working days.
    To help speed up delivery time, we have multiple warehouses across America, including Los Angeles, Texas, New Jersey and Savannah

    Please note:
    Our product is oversized and bulk, so they can take longer to get around than a courier bag. Please ensure you have given enough leeway for delivery timeframe expectations.

  • Why I Only Received One Package?

    Some large trampolines are packaged in multiple boxes (please check the details page for specific package quantities), which may result in varying delivery times. If you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at service@aotob.com.

  • Can I Move My Trampoline?

    If the trampoline and enclosure need to be moved, it should be moved by two persons, kept horizontal, and lifted slightly. If necessary, the trampoline and enclosure can be taken apart for moving. To take
    the trampoline apart, follow the assembly steps in reverse order. Do not attempt to take the frame sections, legs, or bases apart before removing the mat and springs.

  • Can I Leave My Trampoline Outside During In Winter?

    During winter, the trampoline's soft materials will need to be removed and stored in a dry place. If left up in the winter months, it may cause damage to the springs, jump mat, spring pad, and enclosure. The warranty will be void.

  • What's The Max Weight Capacity?

    It varies by trampoline. Every product description will list the recommended weight limit for that specific trampoline.

    If you need to change your order in any shape or form, email us at service@aotob.com, and we'll get it sorted for you.
