Assembling your AOTOB trampoline correctly is essential for safe use and long-term performance. Because AOTOB trampolines are available in different sizes and designs, the exact assembly process varies by model.
AOTOB trampoline designs include no-gap indoor trampolines, outdoor trampolines with inner or outer enclosure nets, rectangular trampolines, pumpkin-shaped trampolines, and outdoor trampolines with fiberglass safety poles.
Before starting, check the model number on the product packaging and use the instruction manual and assembly video created for that specific model.
Before You Begin
Choose a flat, open area with enough space around and above the trampoline. Outdoor trampolines should be kept away from fences, trees, walls, swimming pools, electrical wires, and other obstacles.
Before assembly:
Open all packages and arrange the parts by type.
- Compare the parts with the list in the instruction manual.
- Confirm that the frame, legs, jumping mat, springs or elastic cords, safety pad, enclosure net, poles, hardware, and accessories are included.
- Read the complete instruction manual before connecting any parts.
- Keep children away from the assembly area until installation is complete.
For larger outdoor trampolines, having two adults complete the installation will make it easier to handle the frame and evenly distribute tension across the jumping mat.
Step 1: Assemble the Frame
Place the trampoline frame sections on the ground in the correct order. Connect the frame sections according to the diagram in your instruction manual, then attach the legs.
Make sure every frame section is fully connected and that the frame sits evenly on the ground before continuing.
Step 2: Install the Jumping Mat
Position the jumping mat in the center of the frame with the correct side facing upward.
For models that use springs, begin by attaching springs at evenly spaced points around the frame. Continue adding springs on opposite sides to distribute tension evenly.
Indoor and no-gap trampolines may use elastic cords or another attachment system. Always follow the instructions for your specific model.
Step 3: Attach the Safety Pad
Place the safety pad over the springs and frame edges. Align it carefully so that no springs or metal frame sections remain exposed.
Secure every strap or fastener underneath the trampoline. The safety pad should lie flat and remain firmly in place.
Step 4: Install the Safety Enclosure
Connect the enclosure poles and install the protective foam sleeves where required. Attach each pole securely to the trampoline frame.
Install the safety net in the position shown in your manual. Depending on the model, the enclosure net may sit inside or outside the jumping area.
Make sure:
- The net is attached securely at the top and bottom.
- There are no open gaps between the net and jumping mat.
- The entrance is positioned correctly.
- The zipper and safety buckles work properly.
Step 5: Add the Ladder and Accessories
After the main structure, jumping mat, safety pad, and enclosure have been installed, attach the ladder and any accessories included with your trampoline.
The accessories supplied with each AOTOB trampoline vary by model. Refer to the product manual for the correct installation method.
Step 6: Perform a Final Safety Check
Before anyone uses the trampoline, inspect the entire structure.
Confirm that:
- All frame sections are fully connected.
- Every bolt and fastener is tightened.
- The legs sit evenly on the ground.
- All springs or elastic cords are attached correctly.
- The safety pad completely covers the springs and frame.
- The enclosure poles are stable.
- The safety net has no open gaps.
- The entrance zipper and buckles close securely.
- No parts are loose, missing, damaged, or incorrectly installed.
Do not use the trampoline until every component has been installed and inspected.
